I was born in the suburbs of Liverpool in England, and grew up in a much smaller town in Cheshire.  My passion for photography started at the age of 11, learning to take and process black and white film & prints in the school darkroom, with much of my inspiration coming from my art teacher.  Ever since, it seems, I have always had a camera in my hand.  My work has been published in my home town local newspaper back in England and I have won several smaller photographic competitions.

Like most artists I am my own biggest critic, always striving for perfection.
